Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the event will receive a full refund or full Purchase Credit. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received between ten (10) and five (5) business days before the start date, only a Purchase Credit will be issued for the full amount. Purchase Credits must be used within a 6-month period. No form of compensation will be issued for cancellations received less than five (5) days before the start date.

Attendees are advised not to purchase non-refundable or non-changeable airline ticket as HRMG Solutions will not be held responsible for penalties incurred due to cancellations. We request that you not book your departing flight for any time earlier than 7:00 p.m.

All classes are subject to a minimum enrollment of three students. HRMG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class prior to five (5) business days of the scheduled class if the minimum enrollment is not met. Anyone registered for a class that is cancelled or rescheduled will be notified by email or phone five (5) business days before the originally scheduled commencement of that class. In the event that HRMG must cancel or postpone a scheduled training class, then HRMG may reimburse the student in the form of a Purchase Credit in the full amount towards future training classes from HRMG.

There may be rare instances, inclement weather, for example, when classes must be cancelled or postponed within five (5) business days. Please check the HRMG Solutions Home Page for class status changes and weather cancellations the evening before the class. In the event that HRMG must cancel or postpone a scheduled training class, then HRMG may reimburse the student in the form of a Purchase Credit in the full amount towards future training classes from HRMG.
