Prior to that, his expertise lay in accounting software. Over the years, companies and organizations have brought Ted many unique challenges. Harold G. Ford III is the Director of Professional Services for HRMG Solutions. His expertise specifically addresses building successful strategies within HR and Payroll departments, using software systems to solve complex challenges at customer sites. Harold brings certified skills, deep knowledge, and successful project management insight to aid HRMG's clients during implementation and training. Harold is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), where he holds the designation of Professional
in Human Resources (PHR). He attended Millersville University and has over twelve years experience in HR Management and Payroll Administration. He is also a certified implementer and trainer (CT) for Sage Software's Sage Abra HRMS.
Jim Charles is the newest member to our staff. He has been an independent computer consultant for 8 years. Jim has consulted for both large and small companies as well as end users. He has assisted clients with networking and hardware issues as well as web design and hosting solutions. His knowledge of computer hardware and software along with his experience in conducting training classes will benefit both HRMG and our clients.
