Sales Consultant Position
HRMG Solutions, Inc. is seeking a successful software sales executive. We have an excellent 15-year track record as one of Sage Software’s Top Business Partners. Our success has dictated the hiring of an additional sales person to sell our flagship product, Sage Abra Suite, a complete HRMS solution from Sage Software, an industry leader in HR and Payroll software.
This is an important position and the right person will be integral to the future growth and success of the company. The job requirements include consistent quota attainment, full responsibility for the sales cycle and lead development, maintaining industry contacts through networking and being a team player that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a full time position with access to benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new sales of software, training and professional services to mid-sized business prospects (75-500 employees)
- Accurately forecast and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Independent ability to prospect for new business
- Strong ability to accurately qualify sales opportunities.
- Ensure stable software sales and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain account profitability
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth from account base
- Strong ability to listen and determine customers pains and needs.
- Earn referrals from partners and customers
- Participate in new business presentations.
- Develop and maximize territory sales and profitability
- Negotiate business and financial issues on contracts.
- Write and deliver value-added sales proposals matched to project scope.
- Follow up and develop prospect database
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
- Typically requires three or more years of experience in product sales.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent knowledge of company's products, software pricing practices, and selling skills.
- Effective management skills with ability to manage a major portion of the company's field sales operations.
- Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organization skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation required.
- Heavy telephone usage.
- Automobile, day travel required.

- Compensation consists of a base plus a profitability bonus commensurate with experience
