Professional Services Consultant Position

We are looking for a full-time consultant to assist our clients with their various HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping needs. Our consultants are the recognized experts in their field, and encourage our staff members to shape their own future.

Position: Professional Services Consultant
Reports to: Manager of Professional Services
Position Summary: Provide installation, implementation, and training to HRMG Solutions customers on HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping products.
Candidates must:
  • Have a proven technical background
  • Demonstrate complex problem-solving skills
  • Be a fast learner
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Show excellent time management skills
  • Be able to identify sales opportunities with customers
  • Have excellent communication and writing skills
  • Follow company mission, values, practices, and policies
  • Be able to travel (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD)
  • Be able to work flexible hours
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 plus bonus program
