Professional Services Consultant Position

HRMG Solutions, Inc., a Sage Software authorized business partner and training center, is looking for a full-time Professional Services Consultant to provide their clients with system implementation, training, and consulting services for their Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping needs.

Candidates will work directly with the Manager of Professional Services, third party vendors, and HRMG Solutions’ clients to work on HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping projects. These projects include installation, setup and configuration, and training on a variety of software applications.

Major responsibilities include:

  1. Implement various HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping products using HRMG Solutions Project Plan.
  2. Train clients on software using standardized materials and methods.
  3. Assist on high-end technical consulting with clients, including:
    1. Custom Reports.
    2. Custom screens and menu selections.
    3. 3rd party integration.
    4. Data import/export.
    5. 3rd party utilities.
    6. Database maintenance and repair.
  4. Identify additional mentoring, training, and software needs through technical assistance.
  5. Provide on-site or remote-site consulting support to clients.
  6. Finalize technical support calls through client sign-off and approval forms.
  7. Identify additional software sales opportunities and route to appropriate sales manager.
  8. Identify training and mentoring needs and route to Professional Services Manager.
  9. Verify clients are satisfied, consistent with expectations.
  10. Verify project quality with clients.

  11. Be able to travel to client sites (in PA, NJ, DE, MD).

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 plus bonus program
